- Online Interior Design Consultation Services : The advice that I provide for you during my consultations, whether by email or video conference call, are general recommendations and ideas. I do not promote or specify certain products, sell any furnishings, decor, or other materials and products, or provide discounts at retailers. All design consultation services are confidential and I do not share any information with other parties. I do have the right to share general information that does not disclose personal or confidential details to help with marketing and promotion of my services. I want you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive. Please reach-out if you have any questions.
- Online Classes & Workshops:
- Cancellations and Refund Policy for Live Classes & Workshops: If you need to cancel your class registration you’ll receive a full refund if you contact me within 7 days before the first class begins. If you cancel less than 7 days before the first class begins, you’ll receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds for no shows or cancelling after the class begins. To cancel your class registration, please send me a message on my Contact Form. Full refunds will be provided if I need to cancel the class.
- I own the rights to all materials and all class information. Any materials that I provide for a class can not be reproduced or distributed without my consent.
- Recorded Online Video Classes, Workshops, & Tutorials: Please keep in mind that videos are hosted on my YouTube channel and it may take up to 24 hours for your gmail account to be granted access to watch the video. I do not provide refunds on recorded online video classes, workshops, or tutorials since they can not be returned. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
- Products & Merch: All products, including digital products, that I sell on this website or in my Fourthwall store, are for their intended use only and can not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed. If you are an educational institution, please contact me about permission to share my products. Digital products are not refundable since they can not be returned.
